Supply only terms and service:

General Terms:
Upon signing this contract, I acknowledge that I have read and understand both these terms and the quote. Once this contract has been signed and payment for deposit received, Nova Doors and Windows agrees to carry out the work stated in this contract in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the generally accepted standard of care in the industry.


Payment

  • We require a minimum 50% down payment for deposit, non-refundable after 24hrs.

  • We accept cash, cheques, debit, e-transfer or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only).

  • Financing is available OAC, a 10% deposit is still required, ask our sales representatives for more information.

  • Balance due in full upon pick-up or delivery.


Warranty

  • Please see warranty information for specific product warranties.

  • Products purchased through Nova Doors and Windows but not manufactured by Nova will be subject to the
    manufactures warranty (including, but not limited to, insulated glass units, doors, siding, skylights, etc.)


Timeline

  • Nova will place all the products on the order in production once we receive and process the down payment.

  • Once all the products are complete, we will contact you.

  • We make every effort to make sure we stay within the production time frame but we do not guarantee any
    completion date, circumstances beyond our control can impact the production schedule.

  • We do not offer ANY monetary compensation for products completed or delivered outside the production time frame.

  • Changes/cancellations to door and window orders must be made within 24hrs of making a deposit.

  • Custom door and/or window orders are final sale. Changes after the allotted time period will result in an
    additional charge. Cancellations after the allotted time period are to be paid in full, less any deposits.


Responsibility

  • Request for changes must be made in writing within 24hrs of making a deposit.

  • Any damage or shortages must be noted by the purchaser on the packing slip at the time of pick-up or delivery.

  • Normal delivery charge only includes tail gate delivery.

Nova is NOT responsible for the following:

  • Customer supplied measurements, options, etc. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review quotes in their entirety to ensure all measurements, options, etc, are to their specifications. Ask your sales representative!

  • Any window covering not fitting the new windows.

  • Interior condensation. Condensation is a normal result of the changes between the inside/outside
    temperature and the humidity level inside the house. Please refer to the Canadian government NRC website for more details.

  • Installation issues.
