You may recognize his name from our radio advertisements. Ian has been “the voice” of Nova Doors and Windows for the past several years. Ian has over 15 years of sales experience, specifically in the window/door industry. He has been instrumental in renewing the beauty of many older homes in HRM during the renovation process. In his spare time, you may see him traveling from the Cole Harbour arena to various other hockey rinks watching his children play.
MIKE LUXTON
SALES
Mike is relatively new back in Nova Scotia after 22 years away out west. He is a devoted father of two.
He is a knowledgeable window and door professional with over 20 years in the industry.
He enjoys meeting new people and strives to understand his customer’s needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys jamming a little Harmonica with other musicians whenever the opportunity arises.
KATHELEEN DALLEY

Katheleen has been in windows, doors and siding business for 17 years. She resides in Lake Echo with 4 fantastic Children and Husband of 24 years,
Enjoys music, playing guitar, gardening, and time at the cottage with family.
Greatest satisfaction is seeing a customers smile when we complete a renovation for them.
DANIELLE KELLEY
OFFICE/SALES MANAGER
Danielle joined the Nova team in August of 2013. She came to us with experience in the construction trade, including window / door sizing and installations. Danielle has most recently taken on the role of Office Manager and is happy to assist both staff and customers to keep things running as efficiently as possible. In her free time, Danielle loves to go salsa dancing, and also nurtures her young children.
SANDY COLEY
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Sandy has been a valued employee of Nova Doors and Windows for nearly 20 years. He currently manages the Production Department of our operation and has a vast knowledge base of product, after sales parts and service issues. Sandy is the “GO TO GUY” here at Nova Doors and Windows as he seems to be able to fix or find just about anything window/door related. When he isn't in the office, Sandy enjoys working on cars and keeping busy with his wife and daughter.
JASON SADLER
PRESIDENT
Current owner of Nova Doors and Windows, Jason came to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Having owned and operated a window manufacturing facility in the U.K. prior to immigrating here with his family. Jason serves as our General Manager as well as Installations and Service Manager and is a welcome addition to our staff. His organizational skills keep our team on schedule and our customers informed. Jason has been an Installation Masters Accredited Trainer Level: RLC-1 since 2016, training our own installers to a standard above and beyond building code requirements. In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing soccer (well, football he calls it) and exploring various parts of Nova Scotia with his family.
Reba Sadler
Customer Service Supervisor
Reba joined Nova shortly after Neil was brought aboard. With all of the knowledge she brings to the customer service department, we had no hesitation in hiring her as the supervisor for our customer service specialist! In Reba’s free time, she loves to delve into the Nova Scotian food scene and also make herself heard with opinions about the latest gossip in the office!

Neil is the newest member to the Nova Doors Family! Even though he is new to the customer service profession, we believe he will thrive in this position. He’s extremely excited to meet daily new people and expand his expertise! Neil has asked that any customers having a bad day, please pop in for him to try his best at turning that frown upside down.
ERIC HILCHIE
INSIDE SALES
Eric had over 25 years experience in the construction industry, primarily in windows and doors. Though Eric and the other sales staff serve all of HRM, he has an affection for the Eastern Shore (having grown up there and currently residing there as well) and has completed numerous projects in that area over the years. In his free time, Eric enjoys fishing, kayaking and other outdoor activities. He is also a die hard rock music fan and rarely misses the opportunity to attend a concert. Eric retired in December of 2021 and is enjoying his new found free time!
MILEY SADLER

Miley emigrated to Canada back in 2011 from the UK, She has provided Nova with a wealth of knowledge regarding customer service and satisfaction. Always coming into the office with a smile on her face is her #1 guarantee!
Miley was awarded “Highest Performing Employee” in August 2019,2020 & 2021 for her flawless track record of 5 star reviews from customers.
Miley Retired in December 2021 to pursue her life long dream of chasing balls and eating her favorite foods. She’ll be missed by everyone at Nova.
